A lesson in how not to treat your customers. Sony added a piece of software to a number of their cd's, which turned out to be quite a security risk for it's users. Apparently it allows any Web page that the user subsequently visits to download, install and run any code that it likes. More in this Slashdot post, Bad Day To Be Sony. A boycott has already been started.
